Our mission is simple: give any business a way to sign documents that is exactly as legally binding as a signature on paper, backed by a verifiable audit trail, without the enterprise price tag of legacy e-signature vendors.
Why we exist
U.S. businesses don't need another logo on a signature page — they need a platform that treats the audit trail as the product, not an afterthought.
For a long time the options looked the same everywhere: print, sign, scan, and hope nobody asks how you know the PDF wasn't altered afterward — or pay for an enterprise e-signature suite built around workflows most small and mid-sized teams never touch.
Kligrafia was built to close that gap. Every envelope you sign is anchored to an immutable, hash-chained audit trail, timestamped by a trusted third-party authority (RFC 3161), with an evidence report you can hand to opposing counsel, an auditor, or a court under the ESIGN Act (15 U.S.C. §7001) and UETA.
